We want you to love your products, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 2 weeks.

  • All returns must be in their original condition.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the returned item has been received.
  • We can not do any refunds or exchange on panties.
How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
  2. Safely pack the item(s) in the original product packaging, if possible.
  3. All return packages must be shipped with a trackable, insured service. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
  4. Once we have received your return, we will process the refund.
