Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your products, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 2 weeks.
- All returns must be in their original condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the returned item has been received.
- We can not do any refunds or exchange on panties.
- Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
- Safely pack the item(s) in the original product packaging, if possible.
- All return packages must be shipped with a trackable, insured service. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- Once we have received your return, we will process the refund.
