We want you to love your Soft Essentials! If you need a different size or style, we offer exchanges within two (2) weeks of the delivery date. Here's how it works:
Eligibility:
- Exchanges are available for up to two (2) weeks after your product has been delivered.
- Panties are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.
- Ensure that the item is in its original condition & unused.
- Once we receive the returned product and it meets our criteria, we will process your exchange and get your new items on their way to you!
