Return Policy

We want you to love your products, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 2 weeks.

• All returns must be in their original condition.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  Denmark: 140 DKK
  Finland/EU: 18 EUR
  USA: $24.99
• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the returned item has been received.
• We can not do any refunds or exchange on panties.
• We will not accept exchanges if the products have deodorant or makeup stains. Please be careful when first trying them on.

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
2. Safely pack the item(s) in the original product packaging, if possible.
3. All return packages must be shipped with a trackable, insured service. We are happy to help you book a return shipment.
4. Once we have received your return, we will process the refund. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
